The educational content provided through the seminars is not exhaustive and should not be construed as encouragement or advice for specific actions or decisions. ATLAS ACADEMY expressly disclaims any related liability.
Users have the option to purchase and attend any of the seminars (programs, courses, workshops) individually and/or as part of a package, depending on their needs and preferences.

PAYMENT METHODS – TUITION SETTLEMENT
Attendance at a seminar requires prepayment and full settlement of the applicable fee, which is displayed each time on the page of the selected seminar. After payment, the User gains access to the educational platform and, depending on the manner in which the training is conducted, may access the accompanying material and/or recorded segments of the training according to their own schedule, or the entire training content if the training is asynchronous, for a specific period of time.
Payments are made exclusively by credit or debit card through a cooperating financial services provider, which provides all necessary safeguards and ensures the security of electronic transactions. The User is redirected to the provider’s secure online environment and enters all information required to complete the payment, in accordance with the procedure indicated.

ATLAS ACADEMY reserves the right, at any time, to modify the price for the purchase of the right of access to one or more seminars. It is expressly agreed, however, that any such modification shall apply prospectively and shall not affect access to any seminar for which the User has already paid the fee applicable at the time of purchase.

The User may not transfer their registration to another person or offset the amount against any other seminar offered by ATLAS ACADEMY.

The User acknowledges that they do not have the right to withdraw from the completed purchase and waives any related right or claim, being aware that no refunds are issued for the purchase of the provided services.

In the event that attendance of the seminar is discontinued prior to its completion, the User acknowledges that no refund policy applies.

PERMITTED USE
The User is required to use the Website and the services provided therein in a lawful and proper manner and to contribute to its smooth operation. In this context, the following actions are indicatively listed as prohibited and constitute a violation of these Terms of Use by the User:

– the use of the Website and/or the services in a manner that could cause damage, alteration, or interruption to its operation or any part thereof, and that could hinder access to or use of it by other Users,
the use and/or dissemination on the Website of any malicious or non-malicious software, and/or the transmission of harmful files capable of endangering the proper operation of the Website and/or the connection and access of other Users thereto,

– access to or attempted access to other Users’ accounts and/or unlawful access to other Users’ data,

– the infringement of the rights of ATLAS ACADEMY, professionals, other Users of the Website, or third parties, including, indicatively, their personal data or intellectual property rights,

– access to the Website for purposes of comparative analysis, copying, reverse engineering, or with other competitive intent,

– the use of the Website for the purpose of circumventing the applicable legislative and regulatory framework and/or for achieving any unlawful, unfair, or unethical purpose,

– any other use of the Website that is contrary to these Terms of Use and applicable laws and regulations, as well as the incitement, facilitation, or cooperation with any third party in the commission of the prohibited acts and omissions referred to herein.

ATLAS ACADEMY reserves the right, in the event that it identifies or suspects any violation of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or any applicable law, to remove from the Website any false, unlawful, or offensive content, to temporarily suspend or permanently delete the account of the violating User, without compensation to the company and without prior notice, to forward any information it deems necessary to the competent Authorities without the User’s consent, and to seek compensation for any damage arising from such violation by taking any available judicial or extrajudicial measures.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

However, interruptions, errors, or malfunctions may always occur during the use of the Website and the seminars, and/or viruses or other harmful software may appear—events that are beyond the company’s sphere of influence. Consequently, the company does not guarantee the technical adequacy, availability, or security of the Website and the services provided. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the invalid portion shall be deemed not to form part of these Terms of Use.
