About This Course
Hiring, onboarding, evaluations, labor-related matters. If you run a small business or manage a team, these are part of your everyday reality.
This program gives you the essential tools to do it right — without becoming an HR professional. Simple frameworks, ready-made templates, and a process you can apply from the very first week.
It is an introduction to Human Resources for small businesses: the program provides the essential tools an entrepreneur or payroll manager needs to act as an HR facilitator — from hiring and onboarding to performance evaluation, labor compliance, and caring for human capital.
Goal: Practical application, simple frameworks, and immediately usable templates for the day-to-day operation of a team of up to 25 people.
How it works: 7 modules, 14 weeks in total — each module lasts 2 weeks:
Week A = theory + exercise
Week B = Q&A + exercise presentation
