Our impact

The idea for The Bloomers didn’t come out of an organizational meeting or a strategic plan; it came out of small, everyday moments: As an aunt and godmother to many children, Susana often sees how a little push a lesson, a piece of advice, encouragement and a kind word at a time when everything feels dark, a door that opens without asking for anything in return can change the entire course of a person’s life. A child in need, a young person who lacked the support to continue their studies, someone talented who didn’t have the money to train, a woman raising her child alone everyone needs a bit of space, a bit of support, and someone to believe in them.

We don’t just offer scholarships and mentorship, but hands-on guidance and real employment opportunities.

We want to be the “aunt/godmother” or the “uncle/godfather” who offers time, resources, and a network so talents can bloom and people can gain the skills and dignity they need.

With Atlas Academy as a pathway to learning and our community of supporters, every small investment becomes a big step in someone’s life.

CSR events that have meaning and leave a lasting impact

At The Bloomers, we believe that social contribution isn’t something “token” or “just for form’s sake.”
It’s an opportunity to do something that genuinely helps in an organized, human way, with real results.

That’s why we create CSR events together with organizations and companies that want to give back meaningfully not just to “be seen.”

What we do in practice

We design and deliver initiatives from the ground up, such as:

  • Mentoring days with professionals who guide young people (CVs, interviews, career direction)
  • Skills workshops with practical value (e.g., communication, organization, core professional skills)
  • Corporate volunteering initiatives that are well designed and don’t end up as “a one-off event”
  • Awareness & sensitization events that truly engage the audience
  • Fundraising initiatives with a clear purpose and full transparency on the outcome
