Refund Policy for Video-Based E-Learning Courses:

Refunds are NOT permitted for e-learning courses. Once you log in, you automatically begin using our services and cancellation is no longer possible.

Can I cancel my participation in a training session? If yes, until when? Do I receive a refund?

You have the right to withdraw from a participation agreement for a training session within fourteen (14) days prior to the course, without providing any justification. If you cancel your participation in a training program after it has started, you will NOT be entitled to a full or partial refund and you must complete all outstanding payments or installments.
