What equipment do I need for online attendance?

A laptop or desktop computer, a stable internet connection, a web browser (e.g., Chrome or Edge), and headphones with a microphone for participation. Detailed specifications are provided on the course page.

 

Is the platform supported on mobile devices?

Yes, the platform is responsive. However, we recommend using a computer for the best experience, especially for hands-on workshops.

 

What should I do if the video does not load or I encounter a technical issue?

Contact the helpdesk immediately at (academy@atlasacademy.gr) and send a screenshot or error message. The support team responds within business hours. For critical live sessions, a backup link is also provided.
